Healthy Hearts was not built in a boardroom. It was built by a pharmacist, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a registered nurse who grew tired of watching Hampton Roads families struggle to find care that actually showed up, stayed consistent, and treated their loved ones with dignity.
